Ancho braised beef cheek tacos on fresh corn tortillas, smoked cheddar cheese, pickled red onions and house jalapeno hot sauce.

Side BC potato salad with chorizo sausage and fresh fennel.

Side Chilliwack corn and black bean salad with pickled garlic scape dressing.
