Small 2-4 Person Platters include the following…

Slow smoked beef brisket, pork rib tips, smoked chicken drumsticks, Texas BBQ beef sausage and pulled pork. Accompanied by Southern style burnt end “Beiners & Weans”, brioche dinner rolls, jalapeño cornbread, creamy horseradish coleslaw, house pickles, sweet & tangy BBQ sauce and Carolina style mustard sauce.

Medium 4-6 Person Platters include the following…

Slow smoked beef brisket, pork back ribs, smoked chicken drumsticks, pulled pork and Texas BBQ beef sausage. Accompanied by Southern style burnt end “Beiners & Weans”, brioche dinner rolls, jalapeño cornbread, creamy horseradish coleslaw, creamy baked mac & cheese, house pickles, sweet & tangy BBQ sauce and Carolina style mustard sauce.

Large 6-10 Person Platters include the following…

Slow smoked beef brisket, beef ribs, pork back ribs, smoked chicken drumsticks, pulled pork and Texas BBQ beef sausage. Accompanied by Southern style burnt end “Beiners & Weans”, brioche dinner rolls, creamy horseradish coleslaw, creamy baked mac & cheese, house pickles, sweet & tangy BBQ sauce and Carolina style mustard sauce.
