A carefully curated selection of our house made pickled products including but not limited to the following…

Pickled Beans, Pickled Beets, Bread & Butter Cucumber, Red Wine Cippolinni’s, Summer Squash, Garlic Scape’s, Fennel, Radishes, Fermented Sunchokes, Kimchi, Chilies, and Lobster Mushrooms.

All vegetables from Ikigai Organic Farm, Mushrooms are locally foraged from Heffley Farm.

This would make a great addition to a Charcuterie or Raclette Platter.
