Soppressata, Bison Summer Sausage, Chorizo, South African Style Biltong, Proscuitto, Ham Sausage, Duck and Armagnac Pate, seasonal cheeses.

*this is an example list, exact products change seasonally and are dependent on availability. We select product to use on our trays that are at their peak maturity to best represent our artisanal charcuterie line.

The plate is complete with confiture, fresh fruit, olives and crackers.

*The amount of people that a platter can serve is determined by the accompanying food to be served. If there are other appetizers that will be served go for the upper range of guests served. If no other food is to be served then assume the lower end of the provided range.
